Rifts has random tables to roll on during character creation. That's pretty cool.
There aren't even any objectionable pictures in Slugs, why did anyone get their undies in a bunch... Oh, the last page. Sneaky!

    Calib Kerensky Lamentations adventures are right up your alley. More horrible than Ravenloft.
