Really hoping camping in early June means less mosquitoes. I was reading about them yesterday, and it seems we might have spring species, but there might not be too many summer species out yet. We should also be too early for the biting flies.

    Yeah, hopefully! In any case they won't be bad out at the middle of a lake -- just fish the whole time.

    They're terrible here in AL. This year though we had a service come out and spray our yard. I thought it was nonsense, but we've not had a bite since.
