ReplyDeleteThis movie to me always seemed like an actual play of a Call of Cthulhu game run by high schoolers. "Of course I have a pet mongoose", "Well my character is Scottish, so I obviously have my own bagpipes"
ReplyDeleteSaw it in the theater when it came out at an afternoon matinee in Harvard Square with about 20 other people actually in the place. Unintentionally amusing and was well worth seeing back then.
