My mom just bought the book The Day the Crayons Quit for Coop. A boy opens his desk to get out his crayons and finds a stack of letters from them. Each crayon has written a letter complaining about something hilariously color related.
Red is sick of working on holidays.
Beige feels unappreciated.
Black is tired of just outlining things that are then colored by other crayons.
Pink has never been used even once.
Yellow and Orange are both convinced they are the proper color of the sun, and have proof.
etc, etc.
This is our family's favorite book right now.
