Coop and I hit the Ultimate Dinosaurs exhibit at the Science Museum again, then stopped by the FLGS, Source Comics and Games. Here are our respective purchases, which I think compliment each other nicely.

Coop only wanted this Quetzalquotalus eating a baby sauropod. "He eat naughty baby dinosaurs." That's terrifying, Coop.

And I got DCC, because that $5 pdf made me. And they still had $40 copies. Are the newer printings $60? Their didn't seem to be any difference, aside from the variant cover.

  1. Coop, I am both afraid of you, and perversely want to meet you.

  2. I think it's the variant cover, although might be a difference in binding, as well? Was there a bookmark ribbon in the other one, too? (By which I mean, a bookmark ribbon might be a sign that the binding was fancier, somehow.)

  3. I don't think so, but I didn't do anything but look for a notice of what printing it was, which I didn't find anyway.

  4. I was just at The Source today and also strongly considered picking up DCC.

  5. If you do, you now know someone local who has a copy.

  6. I will probably have to order a copy whenever I manage to have the scratch available instead of throwing it elsewhere. Been thinking of getting my mitts on a copy, though.

  7. Casey Garske this may push me over the top into getting it. It was awfully tempting.

I have an anniversary coming up. Maybe wifey can get it for me as a present :)
