David Brin, I think someone should have an Indiegogo campaign to "raise money to buy a GoPro for each of the 54 commissioned police officers in #ferguson ." $300 x 54 = $16,200. Not too expensive as an act of vigilante satire-protest. Maybe we donate them individually to the officers, not the department itself.
