Paul they really are as good as advertised. The floors are much cleaner than when I mop normally. We have tile or hardwood throughout the house. You can walk on it seconds later.
Originally shared by Jonathan Tweet Tonight, my "Lethal Damage" 13th Age campaign draws to a close. Meanwhile, the guys are work have talked me into running a couple D&D sessions for them. That was the day 13th Age was announced, and they're happy to play 13th Age instead. That will be my "Great Center" campaign, based in the imperial capital of Axis, the center of the world. It's my opportunity to explore the setting from yet another perspective.
Correction in comments, I'm still mad Ok, I found out the 5e allosaurus from Tomb of Annihilation was only CR2 and was outraged, so I made a comparison of a D&D character and allosaurus specimen MOR 693. Then I compared the allosaurus to a polar bear, also CR2. The bear has 5HD and the allosaurus has 6HD. So, I take it back. CR 2 is fine.
They're pretty great!
ReplyDeleteWe call ours Rosie.
Rosie is perfect.
ReplyDeleteWatching it plug itself back into the docking station was neat.
Which model? Is it one of the pet-proof ones? Those are the best.
ReplyDeleteAlso: be prepared to get handy with a screwdriver. You'll have to go all Luke Skywalker on it several times a year.
It's the 650 I think. Which Amazon lists "for pets." Keeping a handle on the cat and dog hair is the main reason we wanted one.
ReplyDeleteWe named ours Duster. I don't know how we've gone this long without giving him googly eyes.
ReplyDeleteI got a Scooba model just before the holidays just to handle the floor mopping chores. It does a really nice job, just like the standard ones.
ReplyDeleteOh and as a stock holder in iRobot thank you!
I want a Scooba so bad.

ReplyDeleteOmg that sounds awesome. I'm on floor duty every weekend and it's all tile and wood.
ReplyDeleteRosie does a great job on dust/dog hair/leaf debris, but I'm still stuck manually mopping it all.
