Huh. So maybe the magic artifacts left in a dungeon are the ones where the batteries are busted, or the screen cracked, or basically they don't work as well as the new ones. And the monkeys are scrabbling for the glowing scraps. =) A fun idea for a game.
Random idea for high-lethality D&D campaigns: Character death unlocks new classes and races. Maybe useful in “special snowflake” campaigns where no one reads your carefully crafted setting material. Instead you roll it out piecemeal as PCs bite the dust. “I really want to play a saurian warlock…sure, I’ll take a drink of that mystery potion.” Someone probably thought of this before.
Hey, I'm using Jeff and Brendan's 20 questions to help me get a feel for my upcoming Perdition campaign. Never done it before. Highly recommended. http://jrients.blogspot.com/2011/04/twenty-quick-questions-for-your.html http://www.necropraxis.com/2012/02/24/20-quick-questions-rules/

ReplyDeleteMy N4 is still going strong, and I was happy that it got the 5.0 update. At this point, I'm hoping not to have to upgrade for a couple of years.
ReplyDeleteI was too, Gary Beason but mine had been doing random shutdowns and sometimes phone or camera function would just stop and I'd have to reboot.
ReplyDeleteUgh. That's too bad. I've had probably half dozen random shut downs the last 4-5 months. Not awful but might be a sign off worse things to come.
ReplyDeleteSo you sprung for the N6, what won you over instead of the less expensive 1+1?
ReplyDeleteI discovered I wanted a ginormous phone.
ReplyDeleteIsn't the N6 a 5.5 display?
ReplyDeleteOk, I stand corrected.... 6".
ReplyDeleteNo, it's 6".
