Watched Frank last night. I heard Jon Ronson talk about the movie and his experiences in Frank Sidebottom’s band on WTF before it was released. This hits a lot of Ronson’s usual themes: depression, mental illness, and eccentricity. Noted handsome-man Michael Fassbender is great playing Frank. Maggie Glyllenhal is hilarious as a musician who doesn’t actually want anyone to like her music.

Recommended watching for music snobs and those that like stories about weirdoes.
