Special Abilities: anyone meeting the gaze of a caterpuppy must make a save vs. spells or be charmed by the creature permanently as per a charm person spell. The caterpuppy doesn't really take much advantage of this except to encourage scratches behind its ears and feeding it mashed potatoes.
