Random idea for high-lethality D&D campaigns: Character death unlocks new classes and races. Maybe useful in “special snowflake” campaigns where no one reads your carefully crafted setting material. Instead you roll it out piecemeal as PCs bite the dust. “I really want to play a saurian warlock…sure, I’ll take a drink of that mystery potion.” Someone probably thought of this before.
You know who wants to play this like today right now and every weekend? matt jackson does.

ReplyDeleteIf there's a little pawn in there shaped like Tom Bosley, then this is amazing.
ReplyDeleteCasey G. tell me you own this
ReplyDeleteNo, my cousin collects mystery memorabilia.
ReplyDeleteMore than anything, that portrait of Jessica Fletcher reinforces my headcanon that she was the murderer in every episode.
ReplyDeleteMike Evans Pertinent to your interests.
ReplyDeleteI must have this!
ReplyDeleteIf it helps, matt jackson, Angela Landsbury played the murderous assistant to Sweeny Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. So you could imagine a very different board game inside the box. =)
