Originally shared by Jonathan Tweet Tonight, my "Lethal Damage" 13th Age campaign draws to a close. Meanwhile, the guys are work have talked me into running a couple D&D sessions for them. That was the day 13th Age was announced, and they're happy to play 13th Age instead. That will be my "Great Center" campaign, based in the imperial capital of Axis, the center of the world. It's my opportunity to explore the setting from yet another perspective.
I watched all 13 in one sitting yesterday. I feel like the media equivalent of when you leave an overflowing bowl of dog food because you are heading out for the weekend and the dog has eaten it all before you leave the driveway.
ReplyDeleteI just finished the fourth episode; the gulf in acting talent between Jon Bernthal (Punisher) and whoever the Foggy guy is is immense. Bernthal elevates the material, the Foggy actor shines a huge spotlight on all of the script's flaws.
ReplyDeleteI'll be lucky to watch one episode a night.
ReplyDeleteI want to believe there will be bear punching.
ReplyDeleteFoggy ruins this show
ReplyDelete-
ReplyDeleteI'm okay with the character; I just think the actor is no good.
ReplyDeleteFulton Reed
ReplyDeleteI just kept thinking "ok, so they need to fast track the Punisher series."
ReplyDeleteJesus Christ dudes, one episode in here.
ReplyDeleteSorry... didn't think I'd be giving anything away by pointing this stuff out. I'll shut up.
ReplyDeleteYou remember the part where the punisher shoots foggy in the head by accident and it's like this huge turning point for him?
ReplyDeleteGoddammit, P.
ReplyDeleteI don't even have internet Casey. Haha
ReplyDeleteI didn't think pointing out that somebody can't act was a spoiler. :D
ReplyDeleteMaybe Foggy will be eaten by a bear.
ReplyDeletePlot twist.
