I liked House of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects . I liked both the new Texas Chainsaw movies. Hills Have Eyes 1 was good (never saw the second . Jeepers Creepers 1 & 2 come to mind as well. A little camp, and/or "back woods" can't hurt. Any of you have any recommendations? Lets try and not go too far back than mid 90's. Aside: How was the new "Freddy" movie? ReplyDeletePaul V. you're right. I was seeing Flint's helmet as being big poofy hair so I thought it had to be Tanis, because no way Flint had that much hair.

You could use any character you wanted, but if you used Goldmoon before you got to the dragon, you had no way to win. Her throwing the crystal staff was the only way to kill the dragon. Nothing told you that, of course.

ReplyDeleteI have that game, right now. I paid cash money so I could play it on my Sega MS. It really does suck. It makes Miracle Warriors seem state of the art.

ReplyDeleteIt was a sort of test, to see if I could play Euro games on an American console. There were conflicting views online. The verdict is yes, but the refresh rates are different on PAL, and NTSC systems, so I believe, if I recall correctly, the Euro games play slower on American systems. Didn't help though.
ReplyDeleteIt reminded me of how we used to play, when I was a kid, and DMs thought it was their job to kill all the characters, except their best friend's.

ReplyDeleteI did beat it. By accident I think. As in, I happened to be playing Goldmoon and attacking meant she threw the staff.
