My brain spewed out 75% of a sci-fi D&Dish/Black Hackish game over lunch. Some psychic powers, a couple vehicles, a handful of bad guys, a random table, and done.

    What's the fun of magic/psychic powers if the rest of the party doesn't have a reason to suddenly turn on the user because he/sh accidentally tore open a veil into the nightmare zone?
