    I have the tech manual. It has informed several of my projects; I even gave it away as a gift once, and found I needed to get myself another copy.

    gregory blair it's an in universe tech manual, covering the weapons and equipment seen on screen in Aliens, used by the USCM. There is some supposition, but it's pretty realistic and fits plausibly. It's got cool illustrations, including photos of uniforms and equipment modeled specifically for the book.
