Originally shared by Curt Thompson This is an interesting theory, but I notice the author has to omit one of the most important Heinlein novels to make it work. Time Enough For Love was written in the very early 70s and was a straight (heh) extrapolation of the chaotic and frenetic zeitgeist of that era. http://www.locusmag.com/Perspectives/2012/11/the-joke-is-on-us-the-two-careers-of-robert-a-heinlein/

Originally shared by Andrew “Incomitatum” Chason Hit Me with your Horror I am looking for some horror flicks. The newer the better. Good is good too. I liked House of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects . I liked both the new Texas Chainsaw movies. Hills Have Eyes 1 was good (never saw the second . Jeepers Creepers 1 & 2 come to mind as well. A little camp, and/or "back woods" can't hurt. Any of you have any recommendations? Lets try and not go too far back than mid 90's. Aside: How was the new "Freddy" movie? Suggested So Far • Bones (2001) • Drag Me to Hell (2009) • The Grudge (2004) • Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (2010) • Dog Soldiers (2002) • The Decent (2005) • Creature (2011) • The Last Winter (2006)
What is the world coming to, when hard working pirates have to pay for content?
ReplyDeleteHey, I'm a poor furriner and I bought it!
ReplyDeleteAlso, what are you doing on 4chan?
Mine would pop up there every now and then back in the day, so I just shrugged and gave it to them. Got some good actual game feedback from that, too.
ReplyDeleteShowing up in pirate place is like showing up in the bargain bin in days of yore. That when you've made it.
ReplyDeleteIt costs about as much a pint. Why would someone not buy it if interested?? Quality looking game by the way, I'm due to run it end of the month.
ReplyDeleteJuan Ochoa I was just googling it to see if any reviews or anything that I didn't know about were out there.
ReplyDeleteSomeone put Unholy Land on Scribd and that's pay what you want! Why bother!?
Casey G. While you're checking the thread, what are your future plans for Stay Frosty? Gonna write any adventures or supplements or anything?
ReplyDeleteThat's the plan, but my writing time is severely limited by... Life I guess, so nobody hold their breath!
ReplyDeleteAlso, these Anons had good taste at least, looking for trey causey's Strange Stars and other good OSR stuff.
