First Order officers do not have MOS specialties, and are not promoted from the ranks of Stormtroopers. If Lieutenant is rolled, retain the lieutenant’s ability to grant advantage, but lose any MOS benefits and equipment.
Instead they have: Once per combat when the lieutenant takes damage, they may instead have a nearby Stormtrooper take that damage. Not issued armor or a helmet, instead issued a snappy fascist uniform and a blaster pistol.
