I’m like a year behind here, and I’m assuming it’s jacked up in the comics too, because how could it not be, but the difference between alternate timelines and alternate Earths (Earth 1, 2, 18, etc) is fuzzy. They should be the same thing. But cowboy Wells was amusing.
