Originally shared by Jonathan Tweet Tonight, my "Lethal Damage" 13th Age campaign draws to a close. Meanwhile, the guys are work have talked me into running a couple D&D sessions for them. That was the day 13th Age was announced, and they're happy to play 13th Age instead. That will be my "Great Center" campaign, based in the imperial capital of Axis, the center of the world. It's my opportunity to explore the setting from yet another perspective.
I love that they repost the same article and just change the photograph.
ReplyDeleteWell, love isn’t quite the right word. WTF America.
ReplyDeleteWe're garbage people.
ReplyDeleteAfter Sandy Hook I feel like nothing is going to change. That felt like a pivot point, but the country didn’t pivot.
ReplyDeleteNope. I personally did. I grew up around guns and owned a couple. I sold them soon after that. Made me feel gross.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm not worried about the apocalypse. When it comes there will be heavily armed corpses of idiots who didn't know how to use their stupid AR-15 to loot all over the place.
You know I think about you saying you got rid of your guns every time I read or listen to some gun story and think maybe it’s not all going to be total crap.
ReplyDeleteSo thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGood, I'm sure I'm not alone.
ReplyDeleteOh, I’m listening to this podcast. So good. castro.fm - Radiolab Presents: More Perfect: The Gun Show (1h9m)
ReplyDeleteCasey G. I think living in Canada and reading the same crap I always read it’s easy to picture America as some dumb caricature.
ReplyDeleteI'm a caricature of a beardo nerd.
ReplyDeleteStill think about this thread every time there is a school shooting. Which is more than I’d like to think about this thread, honestly.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I couldn't even bring myself to update it.
ReplyDeleteWaiting on high school kids to go full Snowpiercer at this point.
