Coop painted an entire unit of Necrons, and I painted three Death Guard marines, trying to get my mojo back.
Coop painted an entire unit of Necrons, and I painted three Death Guard marines, trying to get my mojo back. I went purple and pink. Tried to make all the hoses look like intestine, etc. Crappy pics, and I don’t know when I’ll varnish them. That’s not as forgiving as priming is in the cold.
Coop's bits look great!
ReplyDeleteI guess yours looks okay.
Amazing. My daughter will like your Marines.
ReplyDeleteHe kept saying things like, “You’re still on your first one, Papa? I’m almost done with all these guys.” Yeah, you used a total of three colors, kid. Don’t get cocky.
ReplyDeleteBut Necrons are absolutely the best army for a new painter. Makes up for them being so terrible to put together.
They're the stormtroopers of 40K!
ReplyDeleteI painted shittons of terminator type robots for Legions of Steel a dog's age ago. So easy and fast. Black base, steel highlight, thin black wash, beady red eyes, ready to play that afternoon.
Nice work from both of you!
ReplyDeleteDamn what a boss.
