    40 some rooms, multiple reasons to be there/goals to accomplish, interesting monsters, great map that exploits adventurer psychology, and weird aesthetic that isn't super different from other "Gonzo" OSR stuff, but still very much it's own thing. Also, dual statted for BX or 5e, and presented in a Cornell Notes sort of way.
